An otter gives me the evil eye at the Cu Chi Wildlife Rescue Station in Vietnam, near Ho Chi Minh City.
The Cu Chi Wildlife Rescue Station was once a popular stop for tourists visiting the nearby Cu Chi Tunnels, and featured a wide variety of animals such as gibbons, parrots, falcons and hawks.
All the animals were injured or rescued, and it was heartening to see the furred and feathered residents being properly cared for.
Sadly, the park is temporally closed for redevelopment, so check if it’s open before you make the long trip from Ho Chi Minh City.
