A proboscis monkey in Bako National Park, Sarawak (Borneo), Malaysia.
Proboscis monkeys are absurd looking primates, with ginger fur, swollen bellies and enormous noses.
At Bako National Park you can see dozens of these marvellous monkeys, which seem to enjoy getting close to tourists and posing for photos.
The park features a series of – rather rundown – cottages. But if you stay there overnight you can see the jungle come to life as the sun rises.
It’s a magical experience.
