Czech Republic, Prague

A statue of Sigmund Freud hangs above the cobblestoned streets of Prague’s Old Town.

The artwork, titled Zavěšený muž (Man Hanging Out), is by Czech sculptor David Černý.

The sculpture is remarkably lifelike and has been displayed in cities across the world, including London and Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Check out my posts to see more of Černý’s work – including two men pissing on the Czech Republic.
